Who Would You Become on the Other Side?

I’ve gotten a lot of responses from my post about slowing down and unplugging off social media.. I love how much it is resonating with others.

I felt called to share more about what has unfolded during my time away....

  • I feel more connected to my body, my cycles and planning my work to honor my body as a woman (Kate Northrup has an amazing book all about this called; Do Less)

  • I really got to see where I was tying so much of my worth to achieving, doing, and what others thought of how I am showing up.

  • I feel a sense of trust and connection to God I didn’t realize I had cut off from the full schedule and not really slowing down enough to listen

  • My marriage is in a better place. My husband has said several times; “You slowing down feels soooo good to be around.” Me being more in my femine has opened up room for him to provide more and he is loving it.

  • I have gotten new insights, ideas for my business that I am so lit up about ;) SO grateful for my team for supporting me in my time slowed down @Abbymartinezco

  • I have been able to fully focus on my groups, The Connected Woman and my Advanced Group. The deepening we have experienced in the groups is amazing. These women are having the most insane breakthroughs and growth!!

  • I led a call for my Advanced Group with my husband!!! This was a vision of mine for a long time AND each of the women were able to bring their partner or any man in their life. It was such a special moment I got to be fully present for.

  • I got a bike, which I have wanted for so long! I can not tell you how much this bike has brought joy to my life. Riding down to the ocean each day and feeling the breeze on my skin.

  • I got to spend time with my family after not seeing them after a year and a ½ . I felt so extremely present and soaked up every hug, conversation and minute with them.

If you are feeling deep in your soul a need to slow down or unplug offline, and are seeing a pattern where there never seems to be an end in sight.. There is always something next to achieve, create, do, handle...

What could be possible if you slowed down just 10% more right now? What could open up for you? Who would you become on the other side?
