Navigating Relationships

Over this past year, it is clear there is a lot to navigate and unpack when it comes to the relationships in our lives  - whether it is dating, marriage, relationships with families. It has been hard to ignore the challenges and work it takes.

I have spoken to lots and lots of women over this past year, and one of the most healing things I have seen is having open conversations and getting support when it comes to relationships - (I would not have the marriage I have today or relationship with my family, if it wasn’t for the community of support I have around me).

Some of the things I hear most often;

  • I feel triggered by my partner's way they communicate with me (or lack of)

  • I feel resentful and frustrated by my husband not offering more support/help

  • I feel disconnected even if we are spending time together

  • I am often disappointed after I  have shared something with my partner and they forget over and over again

  • I feel shut down in our intimacy

  • I am afraid to have conversations around money, I don’t bring as much to the table

I am committed to supporting women in their relationships and seeing what change could be possible.

If any of these resonate with you, send me a message and we can connect more.
